What Does "cystic Structure Right Ovary Consider Dermoid Cyst, Polycystic Ovary" Mean?

Hi I had trans ultra sound a while ago and the diagnosis is that I have a normal sized retroverted uterus w/ thin endometrium; cystic structure right ovary consider dermoid cyst; polycystic left ovary; consider dermoid fous, left ovary. what does that mean?

Dermoid cyst of the ovary  are formations usually benign, in the ovary that typically contains a diversity of tissues. Dermoid cysts develop during pregnancy. Dermoid cyst symptoms are minor and the cysts are usually painless.
