What Could Cause Severe Itching / Bumps Around Surgical Incisions For Grafting?

I had ACL surgery with graft and a cadiver ligament and cadiver grafting. After and even before sterel strips came off i started itching. The sterel strips are off and I am red and have clear fluid bumps around incisions and itch like crazy. My doctor said I must be allergic to something either what they put on my knee or the strips. Do you think it could be mrsa or stalf?
