What Could Be The Reason Of Sudden Headache Along With Giddiness In One Side Of Head?

my daughter is having sudden headache along with giddiness in one side of the head. headache is severe and she cannot do anything at that time, sometimes one eyebrow is moving without her knowledge sometimes one side nerves are pulling. what is the reason and what will be the disease

i see many patients presenting like this,young girls with headaches,one sided or forehead with nausea n giddiness mostly have migraine headache, chances are more if it is there for months or years, usually benign but before concluding so she must be seen by a local neurologist to rule out secondary causes ( infection,raised pressure,tumor etc).
