What Causes Sudden Headache?

i got a sudden headache and my blood pressure was pretty audible all of a sudden. and i could feel a nerve on the side of my head when i touched my head. the headache was pretty intense and then i took paracetamol and it went away after sometime. is this something i should be consulting a gp for?

Hello

95% of headaches are painful but not dangerous.

But any sudden, unusual headache warrants being seen by a doctor for an exam and, if warranted, an MRI of the brain just to make sure it's only a migraine or a tension headache
