What Could Be The Reason For Terrible Pain While Coughing And Sneezing?

Starting yesterday I've been getting a terrible pain every time I cough or sneeze... It's like a head to toe pins and needles kind of pain, painful enough to bring me to my knees?! Whenever I cough or sneeze it feels like every nerve in my body is exploding :(

Hi!
Thanks for query.
Pain in limbs while coughing and sneezing suggests radicular pain.
Radicular pain means there is compression of nerves in spinal canal or vertebral foramina.

Another possibility is post sinusitis head ache or meningeal inflammation.

You have have given very limited information so it is very difficult to come to a single diagnosis.

Hope this helps you.

Thank you.
