What Causes Water Retention In Stomach?

After physcial excertion for day I seem to retaian fluid in stomach area, may have the swelling for several days, Had mitrial valve replaced in 09, tissue valve, presently taking, 50mg hydrochlorothiazide, 5mg amlodipine besylate, 135mg fenofibric acid, 15mg meloxicam and 81mg asprin daily. should i be overly concerned?

I really appreciate your concern, yes this could be matter of concern as long as history of mitral valve disease and replacement is concern, I would suggest to rule out the possibility of renal pathology, cardio-pulmonary dysfunction, and infection, anemia, condition should not taken as granted hope this information helps.
