What Causes Urinary Urgency, incontinence And Pain During Intercourse?

I'm 24 and not pregnant. About a month ago, I started noticing my lower abdomen was distended. A few weeks ago I started feeling intermittent pain and fullness/discomfort in the lower right quadrant, burning directly behind it in my back, and pain during intercourse. I have also been dealing with urinary urgency and a few bouts of incontinence over the past year and a half. When I started noticing the new symptoms I was given UTI medication, which did not make me feel better. So, my gynecologist said there's "something" there, but she couldn't tell what it was, and sent me for a transvaginal ultrasound. This scan showed nothing and she is now recommending a urogynecologist. Last year I had an inconclusive urodynamics exam and am likely going to have a cystoscopy. What could this be? Could it even be digestive in nature? My urogyno appointment isn't for a few weeks and I'm not sure I can wait that long for an idea of what's going on! Thanks for your help!

Respected user , hi
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* This seems in relation with bladder spasticity due to neuronal component
As TVS and urodynamics are non conclusive , cystoscopy is best hope for
the diagnosis , later may require pelvis MRI or else if cystoscopy is normal

Hope this clears your query .
Welcome for any further questions .
Regards .
