General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, the pain after urination and residual urine in bladder indicate urinary tract infection or narrowing of urethral passage most likely.

* Thorough evaluation with urine culture, ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis is mandatory for precise diagnosis and cure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
