Hello
The symptoms of swollen eyelids, runny nose and watering in the eyes indicate infection of the eyes in the form of conjunctivitis and respiratory tract infection in the form of cold.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics eye drops for eye infection. The associated respiratory tract infection requires treatment by the use of anti-cold drugs, decongestants and oral antibiotics.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
