What Causes Pressure In Eyes?

I have had a head ache more like pressure behind my eyes for three weeks straight. I 40 years old male 155 pounds. I exercise often. I have seen my GP who ordered a x-ray of my sinus cavity ,it came back clean with no problems. I have also seen an eye doctor today who looked at my optic nerve and reported all is well there. Any advice?

It appears to be migraine. Take migranil one tab to start with and can increase the dose maximum up to 6tablet till your symptoms are clear.
