Suggest Remedies For Chronic Pain In Left Elbow And Wrist

My age is 53 yrs, sex female, height is 5 1 and weight is 61 Kg. I take thyrox 100 daily. I am having a pain in left ankle for last four years. I had gone through X ray and MRI. Nothing could be found. Last six months a pain in left elbow joint and wrist joint along with the edge of palm and fingers also developed. The sensation in fingers and palm is like electric current. Neuro test for nerves and blood test for arthritis has been done. X-ray for cervical spondolysis also done. All results are negative. Now what should be done?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

For pain, you should repeat thyroid test, RBS, SR calcium. Start calcium, B12 and MVI supplements. Do daily exercises. Ice fomentation. If you have pain in the medial, lateral or posterior elbow, consult a doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prasad, Orthopedic Surgeon
