What Causes Pain In Lower Left Side With Pink Spotting?
im having alot of dull pain in my lower left side with light pink spotting also had unprotected sex same day as ovulation and also 5 days before ovulation and the day after??? i took at pregnacy test this morning it came back negative ... did i test to early

You could have mentioned your last menstrual period. After 30 completed days from your last periods date, if you didn't get back your periods then do a urine pregnancy test. You can also do blood test ‐ serum Beta HCG which is more confirmative.
