What Does This Fertility Awareness Result Indicate?
Question: I just received my fertility awareness results and in the comments area it say: Antral Count. *clear. 30X14 mm fluid collection noted within RT adnexa. I also must add that my Estradiol Unit was at 460 (which I was told was vey high. Should I be worried?

The clear 30X14 mm fluid collection in Rt adnexa could be a ovarian cyst or a paraovarian cyst. It is very small. If your doctor is planning IVF treatment for you she will aspirate this cyst before starting hormones for hyper stimulating ovaries.
If not repeat ultrasound after your next period. In all probability the cyst would have vanished by then.
Yes the estradiol is high. It suggests that there may be concerns with your ovarian reserve. High Estradiol may be suppressing the FSH level to normal range. What is your FSH level?
High estradiol levels are also found in hyperthyroidism. So you need to check your thyroid hormones.
