What Causes Discoloration On Lower Abdomen?

I am a 47 year old female and I have discoloration on my lower abdomen. It starts just above my pelvic bone and a line goes up on either side and ends about the top of my hip bones in spot about the size of a small fist. It almost looks like a tracing of the fallopian tubes???

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your concern, allergic condition may be likely but you have not mentioned whether it is itching or not or burning sensation, if these symptoms are absent then it may be due to contact dermatitis, it may be due to compression, pressure exerted due to garment.
Skin conditions are very uncertain and it always demands the clinical observation for proper diagnosis, in your case for sure it may not be due to fallopian tube and it can not be due to that, it is the dermatological condition, may be due to sensitivity, allergic condition, infection (Fungal ) and other, hope this information helps.
