What Causes Black Lumps In The Anus Interfering With The Bowels?

Have had problems for the past 4 weeks with (what I thought) was hemmoroid. Feels like something is stuck in my anal area. I have to push along the side of my anus to get my bowels to move. Its like it gets to the edge of the anus but will not come out unless I push to direct it. I have kept diaper rash cream on the outside area because it feels like chaffing around the area as well. Today I looked in the mirror and there are two small black bump lookin things right up inside the anal area about the size of an eraser.
