Hello
welcome to health care magic
Thanks for your query
HIV can be transmitted from person to person by the following modes
1.sexual contact
2.direct blood contact like needle injection, blood transfusion
3.mother to fetus through placenta and also through breast milk
4.oral sex practicing(risk increases if oral ulcers are there)

Not transmitted by the following routes
1.sharing of towels,clothes
2.kissing
3.touching and hugging
4.sharing toilet
5.mosquito bite
6.swimming pools etc..

Infected blood in syringe when injected to other persons,,they may also get HIV..

You can protect your self and 2nd wife by using a condom..
It not only prevents pregnancy but also transmission of sexually transmitted infections like HIV..

But be sure and cautious that condom should not torn..
Hope you got answers
Thank you
