What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

I am due for my period next friday. For over a week now, I have been having sore nipples, but it is mainly my right one. I had a little bit of cramping last week. I was using the ovulation tests and they said I was ovulating last week. I have been getting nausea at night, along with heartburn. I had sex everyday up to my ovulation day including that day n then didnt have sex until 3 days later. I have also been getting light headaches and lower back pain. Do you think I could be pregnant?

According to details given
It can be symptoms of pre menstural syndrome OR pregnancy
We cannot comment untill your periods get over due.
If its over due then you should go for
1) urine pregnancy test (atleast 10-15 days after your due date)
2) serum Beta Hcg (it is more specific or confirmatory for pregnancy .And it can done earlier as compared to urine pregnancy test.Any day after your due date)
3) pelvic ultrasound
But at the moment you should wait and there is no need to take any sort of pain killers for cramping or sore breast.
