Vomiting After Hitting Head To Wall. Should Be Taken To Emergency ?

Hello, my 3 year old jumped off a small staircase (trying to be batman) earlier today around 7pm. He fit his head on baseboard of wall. He cried and was fine immediately after. it has now been 8-9 hours later and he woke up vomiting . (Chunky, small amount). Im not sure if I should take him to ER or not? but im starting to get really worried from everything i,m reading

Hi.
Please take him to the E R to rule out the possibility of head injury & if need be admit him for a day under doctors' observation.
Many times such vomiting occurs after injury to head which may be innocuous.
It is better to play safe than be sorry.
