Hello and welcome to Healthcare magic.
So as far as I can see, there is not a significant symptom you should be so much worried of.
Feeling of vomiting (nausea), which is not followed by vomiting may be due to gastric regurgitation (coming up of food from stomach) which is usually due to INDIGESTION. Please stop smoking if you have one (especially if you take it in the initial hours after getting up from bed). Avoid taking foods that can cause more gastric irritation like spicy/ milk based food.

If you were my patient I would recommend you to do basic investigations like (BRE)Blood Routine, P.smear, ESR and Thyroid.
For the white marks in the throat it is better to consult a ENT specialist.

Stay away from alcohol and nicotine.

I would recommend you to consult qualified specialist if symptoms persist.

Hope I have answered your queries. Feel free to write if you need further clarifications. Get well soon.
