Trying To Conceive, Now Seen Spotting, Light Bleeding. Have Pain While Intercourse. Can I Be Pregnant?

Hello, my boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive the last few weeks. My last period started on the 21st of May, but it was only spotting. The next day nothing and then 23rd to 24th just light to moderate bleeding. My normal periods are about 5 days moderate to heavy bleeding. Last week on wednesday I had shart pains in my uterus are before, during and a little after intercourse. Then the pain stopped. Since then I've been feeling a little nauseus, but haven't thrown up. I've been used to holding my stomach muscles tight, but now can't tighten them as much and my stomach isn't as straight as it used to be (it's a little bloated). We had a few "accidents" back in March, but my frist two periods after that seemed normal. It's this third one and my current symptoms that are making me wonder. We oficially tried the first time 9 days ago on the 1st of June. Could I be feeling symptoms of getting pregnant from that day? My breasts aren't sore at all and I'm not tired. Thank you!

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
I think you should do a pregnancy test to confirm or exclude pregnancy.
It would also be wise to have a pelvic ultrasound to exclude an ectopic pregnancy & any other pelvic pathology.
Best Regards.
