hi madhuri,
ovashield helps in induction of ovulation in case of irregular periods or an-ovulation, but just by taking ovashield it cannot be said that pregnancy will occur,
after taking the tablets you have to track the ovulation either by basal body temperature method or cervical mucus method or by ovulation kit or ultrasound and plan intercourse around that period which will increase the chances of ovulation,
sometimes you may need to repeat for 3 to 4 cycles, if these attempts fail better to undergo ultrasound and hysterosalpingograghy to detect any underlying pathology.
take care.
