Hello,
PCOS is really a very tricky problem. One really has to work hard to get pregnant.
Although there are various treatments available for treating your problem but the most unfortunate thing is that PCOS can not be cured completely but it can be controlled very easily and with determination and proper lifestyle change and medications, one can achieve pregnancy.
The most important treatment for you at the moment is...
Regular aerobic exercises for atleast 45 minutes a day.
Avoiding junk foods and fatty foods
Bringing your weight in your normal range of BMI
If you are able to achieve above mentioned goals you may succeed in getting pregnant even without medications.
It is said that a mere reduction of your weight by 10% shall enable you to achieve pregnancy.
Talk to your doctor for prescription of metformin as ths drug is very good to reduce insulin resistance and reduce weight.
Thanks
