Are There Any Physical Symptoms For Agoraphobia, Vitamin Deficiencies And High Cholesterol?

43yo white female, dx: hashimotos thyroiditis, PCOD, anxiety,depression,panic attacks, agoraphobia,vitamin deficiencies ,high cholesterol, and insulin resistance. My insulin levels continue to be high, are there any physical symptoms? I already take glucophage 500mg dly, and spironldactone for PCOD.
