Took Postinor2 For Irregular Periods. Using Safe Period As Contraception. Calculate Safe Period As Period Is Irregular?

Hi. I took postinor2 recently and ever since my period has been irregular. I was previously using safe period as a means of contraception so I'm very confused and don't even know how to calculate my safe period anymore since I''ve been getting periods twice monthly. Do I ovulate before each of these periods or just one? And if so how do I know which period is the regulatory one.

Safe method is not reliable if the cycle is irregular, as the calculation is difficult. So you better try another method of contraception which you suit.
