Throbbing Pain In Neck, Ears And Shoulders, Recurring Condition. Taking Tylenol. Treatment?

For the past two hours I have started having a throbbing pain in left of my neck about three inches down firim ear t or where neck and shoulder meets. Pain lasts about five seconds or so than goes away comes back every minute or so. I took three Tylenol 650 mgs and it seems to have slowed some. Any suggestions or worries.
