It is true that many time persons start Zolfresh to calm their nerves from stress of personal and social life. But using it continuously for long term lead to dependance on it. 60mg is high dose. It should be stopped gradually and under supervision of de-addiction specialist or psychiatrist.
Following steps are followed in treatment: consent of the patient, motivational interviewing, stoppage of drug with prevention of discomfort or withdrawal by other replacement medicines, relapse prevention sessions, maintenance treatment.
If stopped suddenly then you can have withdrawal like anxiety, restlessness, headache and seizures. Apart from that you also need assessment for psychological health to prevent relapse of Zolfresh use.
Wish you all the best.

Dr Ashish Kumar Mittal
