Hi,

I must clarify that bath salts are a term used for recreational drugs, not actual bath products like Epsom salts. They are usually synthetic cathinones, stimulant substances that can have dangerous and unpredictable effects on the body. If you have used synthetic cathinones and are experiencing side effects, it's important to seek medical attention immediately. The emergency room was the right place to go, and it's concerning that you haven't received the prescribed medication for anxiety.

In the absence of medical guidance or prescribed medication, here are some general suggestions for managing the side effects of stimulant substances:
1. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, as stimulant substances can cause dehydration.
2. Rest and relaxation: Find a calm and quiet environment to rest. While it may be difficult to sleep, taking breaks and resting can help your body recover.
3. Nutrition: Eat healthy meals to provide your body with essential nutrients. Avoid consuming additional stimulants like caffeine or energy drinks.
4. Reach out for support: Talk to a trusted friend, family member, or counselor about what you're going through. It can be helpful to have emotional support during this time.
5. Avoid further substance use: It's important to abstain from using any substances, including bath salts or other drugs, as they can exacerbate the side effects and potentially lead to further complications.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
