Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

You need to have missed period along with the symptoms you have mentioned to confirm if it is pregnancy or not. We usually face same symptoms after getting off from contraceptives. But I suggest you to have a urine pregnancy test with early morning urine if you miss your period. Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
