Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Knee and back pain is most commonly caused by Osteoarthritis and vitamin D3 deficiency. I would recommend you to take vitamin D supplements, exercise, good diet. Take Paracetamol for pain which is safest medication. If still pain persists, do testing for Osteoporosis and Vitamin D deficiency.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Wajahat Baig, Internal Medicine Specialist
