Suggest Treatment For High Level Of Calcium Oxalate In Urine
Is a high level of calcium oxalate in urine along with low albumin in blood a possible sign that pancreatic cancer has metastisized to the kidney 10 months post Whipple procedure? (Tumor was removed but cancer was found in nearby lymph nodes?) Thank you. Age 78 female lost 54 pounds since Whipple at end of October 2010 and am 177 pounds now.

The management of high calcium in urine depends upon the underlying cause evaluation as calculus in urinary system, malignancy or others.
I recommend to undertake a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis with contrast IVP (provided creatinine level is normal) for further guidelines and best management.
