What Causes Pain In Stomach After A Whipple Surgery?

Hi , I had the whipple surgery 2 years ago due to a benign growth in the deodenum - at the ampulla I still some times get pain in my stomach area on the right hand top end where the incision was made I do have not gained my total weight back either and sometimes I have discomfort especially when driving a vehicle The GP s reckon it could b a hernia or a peptic ulser that developed your comment will be appreciated

The pain over scar may be neurological from the nerve impingement during the surgery, if underlying other causes are excluded.
