Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pancreatitis

I have a history of chronic pancreatitis. I have no been feeling well these past few days. I went to urgent care and was kept over night. My lipase levels were 980. I have pseudo cyst that a CT showed have shrunk. It also showed no current inflammation in my pancreas. Today I still do not feel well. I am having moderate upper abdominal discomfort. When I stand and walk, my hearing seems to get real muffled in both ears and I feel pretty weak. What could it be. What should I do. I do not necessarily want to go back to urgent care because I have been going to frequently it seems.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of chronic pancreatitis, pseudocyst that is regressing, not feeling well, pain in upper abdomen and overnight stay in urgent care. Lipase is increased.
Although th CT scan is showing improvement in pancreatitis the symptoms are not matching as we'll as the enzymes are raised means you need to have a proper review of the clinical evaluation and biochemistry too.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Insist on admission to the hospital.
Review by Surgical and Medical Gastroenterologist.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
Review CT scan of abdomen.
Intravenous fluid replacement.
Nil orally to give rest to pancreas
This will help you the best.
