Suggest Treatment For Bulky Uterus With Lengthy Cervix Seen On An Ultrasound

Hi, iam 33 years old, i have thyroid problem and i had one sygerine, recently i gone for Ultrasound Scan, in that report Uterus measuring 114X41X56 mm, bulky with lengthy cervix

Scanning report Impression: Normal study except bulky uterus with lengthy cervix.

pls. suggest me for cure of the problem.

Hello and welcome,

The report indicates that the size of the uterus is more. Lengthy cervix must be interpreted along with per vaginum findings. If the per vaginal examination and pap smear are normal then nothing needs to be done for the cervix.
The enlarged uterus is most commonly due to hormonal imbalances. So plesae get a gynec examination done and then if there are no other problems then a course of progesterone for a few days will help in cure.
