Hello Dear. The Ultrasound report says that there is kidney stone and also urinary infection. Your sister in law needs to drink lot of water. Small stones will get flushed away in urine if we take lot of fluids. To control urinary infection the doctor may prescribe her antibiotics to take for one week and also syrup citralka or Alkasol to get a clear urine.

In case the urinary stone is large then surgery may be required to remove it. There are some non surgical treatment options like Extracorporeal Shock Wave lithotripsy (ESWL) where stones will be crushed using radition. This might be bit costlier than the usual treatment options.

Bulky hypertrophied uterus may be a normal finding before menses, but if there is any other problems like menstrual irregularities then better to consult gynecologist who will evaluate whether there is any other problems like endometriosis etc. The gynecologist might also order for some investigations like trans vaginal Ultrasonography, hysteroscopy, PAP smear etc.

Yes, with proper treatment the condition is definitely curable.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
