Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The dose of levothyroxine you are using actually is considerably high, so i do not think the symptoms are due to under active thyroid. Furthermore, you should have confirmed a normal TSH.
The color skin change is suggestive for adrenal insufficiency. So you should check the cortisol level and discuss with your treating physician about the above mentioned diagnosis.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
dr.Mirjeta
