General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

I suggest using painkillers such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.
You can use this medication three times a day.
I also recommend using anti inflammatory cream for local application such as Voltaren cream.
I recommend to avoid chicken, nuts, beans and legumes.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
