How To Treat The Swelling And Pain Of The Tibia?
I sprained my knee four weeks ago. But just two days ago my tibia started swelling. It first started with a lil bump and then now is covering the quasi-totality of my anterior tibia. I tried ice and compress on it but it seems to have no effect. Please let me know what to treat that problem. i am 21 and i weigh about 180lbs
