Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The risk for infection is really low with only a zit. The headache that you are feeling could be related to psychological stress. If you experience persistent headache, nausea and low grade fever, I would recommend consulting with your doctor for a physical exam.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
