Hi,

It is nice to know that you are aware of your own vulnerabilities and keen to lead a healthy life. Yes, people who have addiction problems with one type of drug are also prone to becoming dependent on other substances as well. So if you continue taking alcohol regularly, with time, you may notice that you are having withdrawal symptoms or have developed tolerance. I would suggest that you avoid using alcohol on a regular basis.

Best wishes.
