Suggest Diet To Gain Weight Post Appendix Surgery

Hi I am 27yrs old and i removed my appendix 10days ago. I am now 50kg but before surgery i was 53 kg.i also have little pain while walking. Please advice me food habit to put on weight? Please also suggest me when i can have sex? Can i go for holidays by next week?

Thnx to contact us. I understand your concern.

If I am your doctor I advice you that take protein rich low fat diet, I understand that you have pain while walking but you can improve it gradually, do not leave the walking. you can start sex once you can walk it properly with out any pain. Because once you able to walk your muscles are active and you can do sex thereafter. approximately a month after the operation it is advised to you to go to holidays.
