How are u getting typhoid again and again and from where
As for typhoid what u need to eat is simple foods with high carbohydrates like bread, fermented products, milk and glucose
What you have done is fine for showing that the liver is affected but doing a WIDAL or a blood culture will confirm typhoid.
It can also be hepatitis so rule out that as well by doing hep A,B,C AND E antibodies IgM
