Suffering From Slight Fever, Cold, Coughing And Weakness
I m having a slight fever , cold, coughing and weakening of my body. I ve been asking around what could be wrong with me because this has been going on for the past days.

Most likely you are suffering from influenza. It has this feature of making you feel very weak and exhausted. This will go away on it's own. Don't worry. If the symptoms persist for more than a week, then you need to consult a doctor to rule out any other cause.
For fever paracetamol tab. 500 mg. one every 8 hrs. is enough. Once the fever subsides, stop paracetamol.

since there is low grade fever,cough and loss of weight first thing you should rule out
is tuberculosis of lung.And since it is going on for many days chances of having
tuberculosis on higher side.Get done your X-ray chest,CBC with ESR and in case of
need three consecutive samples of sputum.And if positive i advised you to get done
HIV as well. Thanks and good luck

Hi. it sounds to me as though you've either got a virus or an infection and those symptoms do go with these illnesses.I get this up and down. I strongly recommend taking paracetamol for fever. This will also help with pains and aches. Drink plenty of fluids like water. If no satisfaction in two days you will have to go to your doctor.
