Substance In Stool, Diarrhea, Stress, Constipation, Degenerative Disk Disease In Lower Back. Advise?

Hi I'm 36 white female I am writing to ask about stomach pain... best way to describe would be like when you have anxiety. This morning I found what looked like tomato skin in my stool, however I have eaten any in quite some time. I have been under a lot of stress and don't know if that would be a cause for it or not. I don't really want to eat much. I have DDD in my lower back and get constipated a lot so the new diarrhea all morning has me worried.

HI I AM DR USMAN
OCCASIONAL STOMACH PAIN SHOULD NOT BE WORRYING YOU AS SUCH. SOMETIMES SPICY FOOD CAN CAUSE MILD BLOOD STAINED STOOLS. I THINK YOU JUST SHIFT TO SOFT DIET LIKE RICE AND BANANAS FOR A DAY OR SO AND OBSERVE, HOPEFULLY YOUR SYMPTOMS WILL RESIDE. THANKS
I find this answer helpful
