Stomach Feels Full And Rounder During And After Periods

I know bloating before, during and after your period is normal. But does your stomach actually get rounder? I have been working out regularly and this week (the week before my period) my stomach has actually been looking fuller and rounder as opposed to actually getting flatter.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. Abdominal bloating is normal before you get your period. There is no reason for fear. You should eat smaller and more frequent meals, limit salt and salty food, eat fruit, vegetables and try to excercise.

If these symptoms stay longer and after your period than visit your gynecologist.

I hope this answer was helpful to you.
