HI,
The symptoms you are defenately not normal. They need to be treated.there can be multiple causes ,depending on your age.
Have nutritious diet,take rest.
If bleeding stops automatically, well & good. But if the problem recurs/bleeding does not stop-
You should be examined physically. Routine investigations & USG pelvic region would help in diagnosis.
Abortion, Hormonal imbalance,, uterine Fibroid , Premenopause are the common possibilities in your case.
The diagnosis & treatment should be under Gynecologist's advice.
Thank you.

Thanks for query on HCM.
Soreness of breast usually occurs during periods and ovulation.
Severe back pain is due to heavy bleeding and uterine contractions.
It shows irregular bleeding, usually occurs due to some hormonal disturbances and even after stress, anxiety, heavy work load, diet.
You can take nsaid to subside back pain, apply nsaid gel locally.
You have to start proper hormonal management under guidance of gynecologist.
Hemitinics,b12,folic acid and other supplements will be helpful.
