Pain Pooping During Period

I have severe pain while pooping during my period, but no other time. I am not sure why. I also have really heavy periods and bad cramps. 18 years old.

I also have this problem. You described me perfectly. I'm 23 and have always had this happen. Sometimes I truly hate being a girl. Lol!

thank you for choosing healthcare magic,
sometimes pain during period becomes unbearable. It is trully spasmodic type of pain ,attempting to expel the content of uterus. Teenage girls are the worst sufferer. Use pinkillers such as naproxen (500mg) 2-3 times daily for bad cramps.it will also help heavy blood loss. take 2-3 liters water,ample fresh fruits and vegetables. light exercise and avoid stess. hope that it will help you.
