Sore Throat And Nervous Wreck After Performing Cunnilingus. Is This STD ?

I performed cunnilingus on another woman for the first time ever about 2 1/2 days ago. I have been a nervous wreck since then because the next morning my throat was sore. My throat still feels irritated, and just couple of hours ago my tongue began to feel a bit weird like I burnt it. I'm not sure if STD symptoms can appear this quickly, or if I am just psyching myself out. Should I go to the hospital? \

A STD will not show symptoms as early mentioned by you. However there is a possibility of contracting Non STD bacterial infection which you may have contracted through cunnilingus.
You must maintain proper dental and oral hygiene and do throat gargle twice a day for a while. If your sore throat increases further then you may need to take a course of antibiotics. You may also be experiencing the sore throat due to viral flu and cold weather.
