Small child having fever, loss of appetite, weakness, diaper rash. On motrin, tylenol. Treatment?

My 18 month old daughter has had a fever of 101+ for the past couple of days. She has a diaper rash but no other symptoms. She is drinking fluids but has no appetite . She is normally very energetic, but this morning I had to wake her up and now she is laying on me. I have been alternating Tylenol and motrin in an attempt to control the fever.
