Small Child Having Fever, Loss Of Appetite, Weakness, Diaper Rash. On Motrin, Tylenol. Treatment?

My 18 month old daughter has had a fever of 101+ for the past couple of days. She has a diaper rash but no other symptoms. She is drinking fluids but has no appetite . She is normally very energetic, but this morning I had to wake her up and now she is laying on me. I have been alternating Tylenol and motrin in an attempt to control the fever.

This could be because of some viral infection and continue tylenol for fever and try to give liquids orally as much as possible . you can try some soft diet . If fever is not controlled within 48 hours, any new symptoms develops consult your doctor for check up
