Slightly Sore Raised Bump On Top Of Head, Headache. Reason?

I have a raised bump that it on top of my head, felt it while shampooing this morning. It's not sensitive to the touch or sore, but it I used my fingernails and scratch it, it feels slightly sore. It is along my top of the head to just before my forehead, about an inch or so wide. I had a heachache yesterday, I was at the MotoGP track for two days in a row, didn't drink a whole lot or eat a whole lot and wore a loose-fitting hat. Day two was hot outside on my head.
