Hello,
Duphaston is progestron and it is generally given during pregnancy to sustain it specially during first 3 months. You are now 4 months pregnant, so hormones will be sufficintly synthesized in your body, so now you can stop duphaston and you need not to continue till 9 months.
You will have to go for regular checkup to gynecologist for ultrasound, because fibroid can interfere growing embryo, but if size of fibroid is not increasing, then mostly you will not have any problem in your pregnancy, but again do regular follow up to prevent any unnecessary complications.
